Terms and Conditions of Service

At Soul Mustard Ltd, we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and professional environment that empowers clients to create meaningful and lasting change. These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure clarity, mutual understanding, and a positive experience for everyone working with us.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or attending any session with Soul Mustard Ltd ("Soul Mustard Ltd", "we", "our", "us").

By booking, paying for, or attending any consultation, therapy session, RTT® session, coaching session, workshop, programme, or other service provided by Soul Mustard Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not book or attend any services.

FREE DISCOVERY CONSULTATION

Soul Mustard offers a complimentary 15–20-minute discovery consultation.

The purpose of this consultation is to:

• Discuss your goals and desired outcomes.

• Explain the RTT® and therapeutic process.

• Determine whether our services are appropriate for your needs.

• Answer any questions you may have.

No therapy, coaching, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic intervention will be provided during the discovery consultation.

Completion of a discovery consultation does not create a therapist-client relationship.

 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

All appointments must be booked in advance.

Full payment is required at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received.

If payment has not been received by the required deadline, Soul Mustard Ltd reserves the right to cancel or release the appointment slot without notice.

Prices for all services will be clearly communicated before booking.

We reserve the right to review and amend fees at any time. Any fee changes will not affect appointments already booked and paid for.

 

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS

Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice by email, telephone, or WhatsApp.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the price of the service and if cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be treated as a missed appointment and the full fee will remain payable.

Soul Mustard Ltd Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Soul Mustard Ltd needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered at the earliest mutually convenient time, or a full refund will be issued where appropriate.

Refund Policy

Fees are charged for professional time, expertise, preparation, and service delivery and are not linked to any guaranteed outcome.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Completed sessions.

• Partially completed sessions.

• Missed appointments.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.

For prepaid programmes or therapy packages, any eligible refund will be calculated based on the standard individual session rate for sessions already attended, with any remaining balance refunded at Soul Mustard Ltd's discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments may be made via:

• Debit card

• Credit card

• Bank transfer

• PayPal

• Klarna

Cash payments are not accepted unless agreed in advance.

 

CONTACT BETWEEN SESSIONS

Reasonable support between sessions may be provided via email or telephone during normal business hours.

Messages received outside business hours will be responded to as soon as reasonably possible during working hours.

Soul Mustard Ltd does not provide an emergency, crisis, or out-of-hours support service.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, you should immediately contact your GP, NHS 111, emergency services, or the appropriate emergency support service.

 

HEALTH AND MEDICAL INFORMATION

Online & in person therapy is not available to clients that are suffering from any diagnosed psychiatric condition ex: psychosis, dissociative disorders, personality disorders, auditory/ visual hallucinations, schizoaffective disorder*, schizophrenia, psychological illness or epilepsy.

To ensure services are suitable and safe, you may be asked to provide information regarding your medical history, current medications, mental health, and any ongoing healthcare treatment.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You must notify Soul Mustard Ltd of any significant changes to your physical or mental health during your course of therapy.

Where appropriate, Soul Mustard Ltd may request written approval from your GP, consultant, psychologist, psychiatrist, or other healthcare professional before commencing or continuing sessions.

Soul Mustard Ltd reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue services where it is believed that therapy may not be appropriate, safe, or in the client's best interests.

 

EXCLUSIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

Soul Mustard Ltd does not provide psychiatric treatment, medical diagnosis, or medical care.

Services may not be appropriate for individuals experiencing:

• Active psychosis

• Certain severe psychiatric conditions

• Uncontrolled epilepsy

• Any condition that may make hypnotherapy unsuitable

Suitability will always be assessed on an individual basis.

 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Clients participating in online services must be aged 18 years or older.

Clients under the age of 18 may only be seen in person and must have the written consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Soul Mustard Ltd reserves the right to request proof of age where necessary.

 

ATTENDING YOUR SESSION

Please ensure that you are available and ready at the agreed appointment time.

If you are running late, please notify Soul Mustard Ltd as soon as possible.

Late arrival may result in a shortened session, and the full session fee will remain payable.

Where possible, every effort will be made to provide the full session duration, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Session’s validity is clearly stated prior and while booking and making payments. Please note a Single Session has 3 months validity from the moment of payment, the 3 sessions plan (Silver Plan) has validity for 6 months from the moment of payment and the 8 sessions plan (Gold Plan) has validity for 12 months from the moment of payment.

 

HYPNOTHERAPY RECORDINGS

You may receive personalised hypnosis or therapeutic recordings as part of your programme.

These recordings are provided solely for your personal use.

You agree:

• Not to share, copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or publish recordings.

• Not to allow any third party to access or use the recordings.

• Not to listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or undertaking any activity requiring full concentration.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Soul Mustard Ltd.

 

RESULTS AND OUTCOMES

Soul Mustard Ltd is committed to providing professional, ethical, and high-quality services.

However, results vary between individuals.

No guarantees, warranties, or assurances are given regarding specific outcomes, results, behavioural changes, emotional improvements, financial gains, relationship outcomes, health improvements, or any other desired objective.

Successful outcomes depend upon many factors, including:

• Client participation

• Commitment to the process

• Personal circumstances

• Readiness for change

• Consistent engagement with therapeutic recommendations

 

ONLINE SESSIONS

Where sessions are conducted online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or any other agreed platform, it is your responsibility to ensure that:

• You have access to a suitable device, internet connection, camera, and audio facilities.

• You are located in a safe, private, and uninterrupted environment for the duration of the session.

• You will not be driving, operating machinery, or undertaking any activity requiring your full attention during the session.

• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where participation in online therapy services is lawful.

Soul Mustard Ltd cannot be held responsible for interruptions, delays, reduced quality, or cancellation of sessions caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, software failures, power interruptions, or equipment malfunction.

Where a session is significantly disrupted due to technical difficulties, every reasonable effort will be made to continue, reschedule, or complete the session at a mutually convenient time.

For confidentiality and privacy reasons, clients may not record sessions without the prior written consent of Soul Mustard Ltd. Likewise, Soul Mustard Ltd will not record any session without your knowledge and consent, except where required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorised person is able to overhear, observe, record, or participate in your online session.

 

RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY® (RTT®)

Rapid Transformational Therapy® and RTT® are registered trademarks of Rapid Transformational Therapy Ltd.

Soul Mustard Ltd provides RTT® sessions as delivered by a trained and certified RTT® Therapist & Practitioner.

While RTT® has helped many individuals achieve positive personal change, Soul Mustard Ltd makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding the effectiveness of RTT® for any particular individual, condition, or desired outcome.

RTT® services are provided for personal development, wellbeing, and therapeutic support purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychiatric condition.

Clients should continue to seek advice from appropriately qualified medical, psychological, or healthcare professionals regarding any health-related concerns.

Participation in RTT® sessions constitutes acceptance that outcomes vary between individuals and depend upon numerous factors, including personal circumstances, engagement with the process, and willingness to implement therapeutic recommendations.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOUR

Clients agree to:

• Treat Soul Mustard Ltd and it’s representatives with courtesy and respect.

• Attend sessions free from the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

• Behave appropriately and respectfully during all interactions.

• Take responsibility for their own wellbeing and decisions.

Soul Mustard Ltd reserves the right to terminate a session immediately and refuse future services if a client:

• Behaves abusively, aggressively, or inappropriately.

• Attends under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.

• Engages in threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful conduct.

In such circumstances, fees paid will not be refunded.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your privacy and confidentiality are treated with the utmost respect.

Information shared during sessions will remain confidential except where disclosure is required:

• With your written consent.

• By law, court order, or legal obligation.

• Where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

• Where there are safeguarding concerns involving children or vulnerable adults.

• Where disclosure is necessary to prevent serious crime or fraud.

Professional supervision may be undertaken to maintain professional standards. Any discussions will be conducted without identifying you personally wherever possible.

 

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Soul Mustard Ltd processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal information is collected only where necessary to provide services safely and effectively.

By booking services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may request access to your personal data at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Mustard Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic loss arising from the use of its services.

Clients accept full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes following participation in any session, programme, workshop, course, or therapeutic service.

Soul Mustard Ltd’s total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, resources, recordings, written content, exercises, programmes, website content, and therapeutic materials remain the intellectual property of Soul Mustard Ltd.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or shared without prior written permission.

 

COMPLAINTS

If you have any concerns regarding your experience, please contact Soul Mustard Ltd directly so that every reasonable effort can be made to resolve the matter promptly and professionally.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing via email.

 

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Soul Mustard Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always apply to future bookings and will be available upon request or via our website.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

CLIENT DECLARATION AND CONSENT

By booking, purchasing, or attending services provided by Soul Mustard Ltd, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

• I understand that RTT®, hypnotherapy, coaching, and related services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

• I understand that no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed.

• I agree to provide accurate information regarding my health and personal circumstances.

• I understand that I may choose to discontinue therapy at any time.

• I understand that my participation, commitment, and engagement are important factors in achieving positive outcomes.

• I agree to seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

• I consent to receiving services from Soul Mustard Ltd in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

By proceeding with a booking, payment, or attendance at a session, this agreement shall be deemed accepted in full.
